The Concepts Group has worked with several clients to develop comprehensive communication strategies. Strategies are generally 20-50 page "white papers" that provide a comprehensive analysis of the situation, action step recommendations as well as suggested resources. As you can imagine, strategies do not lend themselves to photographs, (so no sample pictures)...and all are confidential (so no sample pages either). Here are some examples of past projects:
AT&T -- developed Open Enrollment communications strategy as well as the communication strategies for the creation of Lucent Technologies and the joint venture between AT&T and BT (British Telcommunications) that resulted in the formation of Concert.
GatesMcDonald -- analyzed current proposal approach, then developed strategy that involved revamping the internal proposal response process.
H & R Block Financial Advisors -- developed and executed communications strategy to introduce new compensation program. This included analysis, branding, creation of cascade communications, training of managers (to make presentations), educational brochures and presentations used in employee meetings.
J.P. Morgan Chase -- helped in the development of a strategy when the Bank reorganized, which resulted in staff reductions.
