Richard has more than 10 years of experience as a Management Consulting Professional offering a broad range of skills and competencies in the area of human capital management including: project development, implementation and management, strategy and planning, information acquisition, employee benefits and communications, and production management.

In addition, he has 10 years of prior consulting and management experience with other organizations including a mid-sized law firm, a start-up legal knowledge management service and other small to mid-size companies.
 Richard provides clients with comprehensive consulting services for seamless delivery and implementation of communication projects ranging in complexity from annual enrollment campaigns to regulatory compliance initiatives (e.g., summary plan descriptions and summary annual reports).

He consulted on and managed a number of annual benefits and compensation campaigns, employee stock purchase plans and stock option grants. In addition, he has developed communication materials for both active and retired employees, as well as consulting on executive compensation projects, employee education and benefit plan changes.
 

A significant portion of Richard’s professional experience over the past 10 years has been within the Fortune 500 market and includes: AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Bank of America, H&R Block Financial Advisors, State Farm, Merrill Lynch and Aon, Inc. However, he is equally comfortable working on small to mid-sized accounts and has consulted on projects for clients including Matthews Studio Group (Covington, KY), Legal Research Network (Los Angeles), and Towers Perrins (Stamford, CT).
 

Many of the projects he consulted on were recognized for excellence and won various industry awards.

His undergraduate studies in English and Communications were at
Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri and English Literature at the University of Exeter, England.
